A SALFORD man has appeared before a magistrate accused of stealing a charity box in Prestwich.
Charlie Swindells, 25, of Beech Lawn Close, Salford, is alleged to having entered Rico House in Prestwich on November 25, 2019 where he is accused of stealing a safe, charity box and laptop.
Swindells entered a not guilty plea and will appear again at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on July 22, 2020.
Under bail conditions, Swindells will be the subject of an electronically monitored curfew between 10pm and 6am daily and will have to live and sleep each night at an address at Forebay Drive, Irlam.
