A WHITEFIELD man has appeared before magistrates accused of brandishing an imitation firearm at a paramedic.
Kirk John Stewart Kennedy, 37, of Abingdon Close, is said to have carried out the offence on June 5.
Prosecutors say he was in possession of an imitation firearm, namely a BB handgun, with intent to cause fear to a paramedic.
Manchester magistrates sent him for trial to Minshull Street Crown Court and remanded him in custody until July 6.
